Released in October 2013. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is the next generation of Microsoft CRM and has been optimised for touch-screen displays. It includes a new menu system; “Process Flows” and finally has an app for iPad.

Introducing Yammer
|
|
Yammer is an Enterprise Social Network. Think “Facebook for business” allowing staff to work together and share information. The best bit? The basic version is free! The enterprise version is now included with certain Office 365 subscriptions.

Microsoft CRM Online Transition Wizard
|
|
For customers that sign into CRM Online using a Live ID, Microsoft are moving these users to the newer Office 365 platform. You will receive a transition email from Microsoft explaining how to transfer users. If you use Windows Live ID and have an Office 365 subscription, do not run the wizard but contact us for assistance.

Microsoft OneDrive
|
|
Microsoft OneDrive is the new name for SkyDrive. OneDrive for Business is part of Microsoft SharePoint Online and gives you 25gb of personal storage in the cloud to enable you to access your files from any device.

Price increases
|
|
Microsoft recently increased the monthly subscription price of CRM Online and Hosted CRM. For hosted CRM customers, these prices will come into effect from 1st February. User prices for CRM Online will come into effect at your subscription renewal date.
