This is the recommended licence type for most users and provides full access to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application for Sales, Marketing and Service. CRM Online subscriptions require a minimum of 5 Professional Licences.

Designed for entry level CRM users who need access to basic CRM functionality including accounts, contacts, leads and case management and the ability to run reports.
Microsoft CRM Online Essentials
Designed for users who do not need access to basic CRM functionality but require access to update activity management and feeds.
Microsoft CRM Online Enterprise
Provides access to all the functionality of a CRM Online Professional licence, plus access to Microsoft Dynamics Marketing and Parature.
