Recently, we attended the Microsoft Cloud Regional Roadshow in Leeds to catch up with all the latest Microsoft CRM and Office 365 news.

New features coming soon to Office 365 include Unlimited Storage space in OneDrive for Business. Microsoft Lync is being rebranded as Skype for Business; this should be happening in May.

Recent Office 365 features launched include Clutter – Junk Mail on steroids which automatically categorises your email messages based on how you deal with them and Delve – an intelligent search engine for SharePoint and OneDrive. Both of these technologies are based on Office Graph.

Also shown were new features of Microsoft Azure:

Azure DR which allows offsite replication of virtual machines and switchover to Azure in the event of failure.

Azure Backup enables businesses to back up their data to Microsoft’s datacenters.
