We are based in West Yorkshire, UK. We concentrate our efforts on the North of England but have clients across the UK and beyond. Optimal was founded by Keith Cockerham who has been in the industry since 1999 and working with Microsoft CRM since version 1. Keith has worked on countless CRM projects over the years including many household names from simple 5-user sales pipeline projects to highly complex global implementations.
